WEDDINGS & EVENTS AT COTTONWOOD CREEK RANCH

This complete full-scale venue is now available for weddings and events.  The large room has a stage and seating for up to 350 people.  Bathrooms are mobility compliant and accessible from the main entertainment area.  The conference room with large windows and beautiful scenic views will complement the venue, along with multiple serving areas for food and beverages. A warming kitchen is almost finished and will be available for events. There is also an upper-level lounge area that has comfortable seating and space for games and an exterior courtyard for gatherings.

The ranch is conveniently located between Wheatland, Glendo and Guernsey, and is surrounded by spectacular scenery and mountain views.  It is easy to get to with close access to I-25.  There are plenty of local motels and options to camp for those with motor homes/travel trailers for additional guest housing on the property. The venue area itself has ample parking.  Dozens of tourist destinations are close to the venue location (50 miles or less), and many more options within a day drive (200 or less miles) making it a great destination for any event.

$5500/venue for 3 days (introductory rate through 2027) for weddings

Individual pricing packages available to be specifically tailored to your wedding

$1000/venue for conferences (negotiable depending on needs).  Individual pricing packages available to host your business retreat complete with on-site lodging.  

Daily event rentals available for vendors, meetings, gatherings, etc.
