WEDDINGS & EVENTS AT COTTONWOOD CREEK RANCH

This complete full-scale venue will be available soon for weddings and events.  The large room has a stage and seating for up to 350 people.  Bathrooms are ADA compliant and accessible from the main entertainment area.  The conference room with large windows and beautiful scenic views will complement the venue, along with a serving area for food. A warming kitchen is being finished and will be available for events. There are also plans for an upper-level lounge area that will have comfortable seating and space for games.

The ranch is conveniently located between Wheatland, Glendo and Guernsey, and is surrounded by spectacular scenery and mountain views.  It is easy to get to with close access to I-25.  There are plenty of local motels and options to camp for those with motor homes/travel trailers for additional guest housing on the property. The venue has ample parking.  Dozens of tourist destinations are within easy drives of the venue location (50 miles or less), and many more within a day drive (200 or less miles) making it a great destination for any event.

$5500/venue for 1st day 

$1000/day for each additional day
